At Fisher Space Pen, we note several models of pens that we consider to be the “backbone” of our business. While the AG7, Bullet and Shuttle Series pens have always been the stars of the stories, the classic Cap-O-Matic Space Pen has truly been the blue-collar, workhorse of the bunch. Single hand activation makes this model the pen of choice for construction crews, law enforcement, firefighters, military, first responders, medical professionals, outdoorsman and women and anyone who demands dependability in their writing instruments.

The creation of the Cap-O-Matic allowed Fisher Space Pen to offer the same technology used by astronauts, in a single hand activation but at a price that everyone can afford!

The Cap-O-Matic series features a non-removable cap. Press the flat end of the cap to extend or retract the point.

Produced in Nevada USA to exacting standards utilising Fisher’s tungsten carbide ballpoint and patented Thixotropic ink in a sealed, pressurised cartridge. Like all Fisher Space Pens, this pen will write in zero-gravity, upside down, underwater, over oil and grease, in -30 to +250 degrees Fahrenheit and three times longer than the average ballpoint pen.
