Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Please return any unwanted items within 28 days of purchase. The item must be in a re-saleable condition and returned with proof of purchase. Any missing contents, damage to items or packaging will be deducted from the refund accordingly.
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged, faulty or incorrectly dispatched items these will be replaced free of charge or refunded. You will need to package the item securely and return to us via a tracked postage service, the cost of which will be reimbursed. Please ensure you contact us via email at info@fisherspacepen.co.uk or phone on 01245 225758 within 7 days of receipt.
Items that have been personalised are not eligible for a refund, unless they are faulty.
We are unable to refund the shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend you send the goods recorded delivery with a tracking number. If the parcel goes missing, we will be unable to exchange or refund your order.

We aim to process all returns within 7 working days of the parcel arriving at our warehouse. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process into your account.
