At Fisher Space Pen we stand behind the quality and durability of our products.
Our pens and refill cartridges are guaranteed against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, except for certain exclusions, noted below.
If your product covered by this guarantee fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge or replace it at our discretion.
To return your item, please print & complete the Fisher Space Pen Repair Form and include it with your shipment, or follow the instructions below:
Unprotected items may be lost/damaged. We will not be responsible for an item that is lost or damaged due to inadequate packaging. It is recommended that you insure your shipment in case of loss or damage in transit.
Upon receipt, your Fisher Space Pen product will be thoroughly inspected by our Quality Control team to determine the cause of the malfunction.
Allow a minimum of three weeks (from date of receipt at our warehouse).
Upon completion, your repair or replacement will ship via standard shipping to you.
