Order processing
Items in stock will normally be dispatched the same day if the order is placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
Any order placed after this time will be processed and despatched on the next working day.
Please note this is based on stock availability. We will endeavour to contact you if our stocks are depleted at the time of your order.

If there is nobody to receive the goods, Royal Mail will leave a card. It is your responsibility to contact Royal Mail to rearrange delivery or to collect from your local sorting office.
If a customer fails to make appropriate arrangements with Royal Mail to receive or collect the goods and as a result, they are returned to us, we will refund the customer’s account with the value of the goods, less our delivery expenses.
