Please allow 14 working days before enquiring about lost or missing items.
We aim to dispatch your goods from our UK warehouse within 24 hours of you placing your order (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).
We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is secure and that only authorised persons will be available to sign for the delivery.
We will not accept any responsibility for deliveries once they are successfully delivered and signed for.
Failure to receive goods
In the event that a customer fails to make appropriate arrangements with Royal Mail or other carrier to receive or collect the goods and as a result they are returned to us, we will refund the customer’s account with the value of the goods, less our delivery expenses.
