• Please allow 14 working days before enquiring about lost or missing items.
• We aim to dispatch your goods from our UK warehouse within 24 hours of you placing your order (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).
• We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order.
• It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is secure and that only authorised persons will be available to sign for the delivery.
• We will not accept any responsibility for deliveries once they are successfully delivered and signed for.

Failure to receive goods

In the event that a customer fails to make appropriate arrangements with Royal Mail or other carrier to receive or collect the goods and as a result they are returned to us, we will refund the customer’s account with the value of the goods, less our delivery expenses.
