3. Product Information

We aim to display our products as accurately as possible, including colours, materials and descriptions.

All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to discontinue items at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is taken securely at the time of purchase through approved payment processors.
We do not store full card details.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch. If this occurs, you will be contacted and given the option to cancel or proceed.

5. Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
This confirmation does not constitute acceptance—your order is accepted once the goods are dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing).

6. Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and your delivery address.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Ownership of goods passes to you once payment is received in full.
Responsibility for the goods passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

7.1 Faulty Goods

You are entitled to a full refund, repair or replacement for any faulty goods purchased from GBA Pen Company Ltd.
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

7.2 Change of Mind / Unwanted Items

If you change your mind or are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it, provided:

• It is unused
• It is in its original, resaleable condition
• The box, packaging and instructions are included

Your refund will be the transaction value paid at the time of purchase minus any postage costs.

Any missing contents, damage to items or packaging will be deducted from the refund accordingly.

We cannot refund or exchange opened refills, as they are not resaleable.

7.3 Engraved Items

Once an engraving order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded.

Please ensure all engraving details are correct before placing your order.

7.4 Returning Goods – Important Requirements

• All returns must be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery. This ensures tracking and proof of delivery.
• Proof of postage is not proof of receipt.
• All returns remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us.
• Please ensure correct postage is applied.
  • A standard first-class stamp is insufficient for any of our products, including a single refill.
  • Incorrect postage may result in the return being lost, and we cannot issue a refund in such cases.

When returning goods, please include:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Contact details
• Reason for return

Refunds can only be made to the same payment card or method used for the original purchase.

Postage costs for returning items are payable by the customer.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before dispatch unless:

1. The order has already been shipped, or
2. The order includes engraving or personalisation

If the order has not yet been dispatched, a full refund will be issued.

9. Warranty

All Fisher Space Pen products are supplied with their manufacturer warranty.
If you experience a fault, please contact us and we will assist with repair or replacement where applicable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental or consequential losses
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Delays beyond our control

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.
